The doctor was just one of the people I dealt with who were all welcoming, friendly, and very knowledeable about their jobs. From the phone receptionist, to the dentist, to the billing clerk, everyone was helpful and pleasant. They all made sure that I understood options available, and had any information I needed to make choices. Good place to go.

Beaverton

I was in excruciating pain when I walked in on a Wednesday, and while unfortunately Dr. Christiansen was booked up that day, he sent me home with an Rx to make it through the night and he was able to get me in the chair the next morning. I had a root canal – went in scared out of my mind – and walked out happy and pain free. I’d say it was one of the smoothest dental experiences I’ve had.

Hillsboro

I won the lottery going to the GD location on Cornell in Hillsboro. Nobody likes dental visits, but the way the staff took such sincere and thoughtful care of me lowered my anxiety level and made me feel like an old friend.

My cleanings were performed by either Lena or Tana. Both ladies were very warm, smiley and personable. Cleanings were thorough, but not rough and didn’t take forever. Kudos!

My dental work was performed by Dr. Elson and his assistant, Edward. I consider them the Dream Team because they perform together like a well-choreographed ballet. Dr. Elson always always always checked to see how I was doing, feeling…feeling any pain, anxiety…if I needed a break. He would tell me exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take so I had an idea of what to expect. No surprises. He insisted I come back right away if things didn’t feel “right” after a procedure as he didn’t want me to feel as if I had to live with or adjust to discomfort. He went the extra mile to make me comfortable. He is skillful and has a terrific bed-side manner. This was important to me finding a dentist as often procedures can be nerve-wracking. Edward, Dr. Elson’s assistant, has a very professional, non-obtrusive and graceful way of assisting Dr. Elson. His timing, working with and around Dr. Elson, is seamless. I particularly liked that Edward knew when I needed more suction to get all that weird stuff out. I know, sounds silly, but it’s so appreciated when you’re captive in the situation and you can’t get up and gargle the gross stuff out. He has a positive presence as well.

My husband saw Dr. “Teri” and also had nothing but good things to say about him.

Macadam

First time customer/patient today. I can confidently say thus far this has been the best experience I’ve ever had a dentist office.
Everyone was all smiles, personable, friendly and informative. I especially appreciate the extra time they took to explain in regular person talk what was going on in my mouth and what I could do about it. The DOCTOR did that! That is a new experience for me. Past experiences at other dental offices is the doctor comes in barley acknowledges your there. Looks around says some coded stuff to the hygienist and leaves the room. NOT here, I felt important and was talked to slowly and in a way I could understand. As far as how much stuff would cost. The hygienist sat with me and showed me an easy to read print out of what costs are associated with recommended treatment. Oh, and another thing I’ve never had a dentist show me high def detailed close up pics of what the heck there talking about in my teeth. This place does!! Sweet. I’m hoping to make this my permanent dentist provider.

Clackamas

The office staff have quickly learned my name and address me by name when I come in. They always smile and are very friendly. They are also very helpful if any question comes up. I’m very hard of hearing and they have accommodated me by sending me email reminders instead of phone calls. This has been GREAT. The dentist almost always makes me laugh because he is so friendly, kind and gentle. I’ve been going to dentists for over 50 years. This dentist has the best working philosophy and care of anyone I’ve ever met. I only wish I had known about him years ago. I hope I never have to change dentists again.
