I’m fortunate to have always had good dental experiences, but Gentech is the best by far. The dentists are always kind to the staff, the staff is wonderful. This truly is the place to go! They have options for financing if you need it. Love going in!

Salmon Creek

I admit that up until 07/08/11, there were four things that scared me in life. 1. Spiders 2. Clowns 3. Heights 4. Dentists. At the age of 56, I can finally say that there are now only three things in life that scare me. I am comfortable saying that unless Dr. McClure spends his weekends working as a clown, I can remove dentists from my list. I chipped a tooth while working on way up north in Alaska, I mean way up north. With only a week off in Vancouver, I had to do a cold call to a dentist to help me out. I being a chicken waited until Thursday to make the call and when I did, I called Gentech Dentist in Salmon Creek. I was scheduled for the following day and upon my arrival I was immediately put at ease by the friendly staff. The good experience continued as I made my way into the dentist chair. Dr, McClure has a great chair side manner with a great sense of humor. The most important thing here is I felt no pain. This was a very positive experience for me and without a doubt, Gentech Dental will now be my choice for my family’s dental needs.

Beaverton

I only have good things to say about Gentech. Palak, my hygienist, is so sweet! She listens to me and does an excellent job. Sarah Nguyen, the new Periodontist, is fantastic! (I actually saw her when she was at OHSU and I’m happy that she’s at Gentech now!) Dr. C. is excellent – he takes time and listens, and the work he does is always gentle. I’ve had to have a lot of work done, and when I’ve called and needed something, they’ve been there for me and they’ve been nice and caring. I really appreciate it!

Hillsboro

The staff has always provided me with the utmost in customer service and made sure my appointments occur in a very timely fashion. They always follow up to make sure I’m satisfied with the level of care. The small things they do – offering a cup of coffee or making sure that when I have an urgent need I get to see my own dentist, even if it means squeezing me in – mean a lot.

I appreciate and respect Dr. Elson’s approach to my dental care. He’s always been very conservative and made sure the health of my teeth and gums come before appearance, but never at the expense of appearance. He knows me and my dental history and always explains things fully to make me feel comfortable with decisions regarding care. So many companies don’t understand or care about customer service anymore, but Gentech really gets it.

Macadam

I had a good experience during my first visit today and I’m pretty picky about my dentist. I have no qualms about shopping around until I find the right one. I particularly liked the option to wear earphones during the cleaning because I don’t like to be chatted at in that situation. Everyone was really friendly and thorough without bombarding me. I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase more services than I really needed.

Clackamas

I am excited to be back in the vicinity to reconnect with Dr. Arlauskas. He performed EXTENSIVE dental work on me some years ago which has held up very well. I had great service, the atmosphere was pleasant and I never had a significant wait.
